This role reports directly to Rho’s Head of Talent \& People and is based in either our **SoHo (NYC)** or **SF office** full\-time. **What You’ll Do** * Lead full\-cycle recruiting for go\-to\-market roles from kickoff to close. * Treat recruiting like half art, half science: Find creative ways to position Rho before the strongest operators in the business; A/B test messaging; take a human\-first approach. * Obsess over our metrics and beating them, all the time. * Partner with the Talent \& People org and cross\-functional partners globally to advance and absorb Rho’s talent brand and strategy. * Focus on quality over quantity. We know that a lean team of A\+ talent creates infinitely more value than a large team of “fine” talent. * Act as an owner: your job is not to hire people—it’s to build a business. **What You Bring** * 5\+ years of recruiting experience in GTM functions like sales, marketing, customer success, or partnerships at a high\-growth startup. * A strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence. * High ownership and accountability— you take responsibility for getting the job done. * Exceptional communication. * Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond your scope. * Strong knowledge of the NYC and/or SF GTM talent market and how to reach its best. * A spirit of experimentation and ability to pivot. * Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom; Ashby and Juicebox experience highly preferred) Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is **$130,000 \- $190,000**. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
