Job Summary: A Security Inspector responsible for protecting personnel, assets, and property, preventing losses, and monitoring logistics operations in Pasto, Nariño. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the physical safety of personnel and company assets 2. Report and control incidents in logistics operations 3. Inspect vehicles and manage shipment anomalies We are seeking a Security Inspector in Pasto, Nariño, responsible for ensuring the physical safety of personnel, assets, and property, preventing theft, loss, or damage to customer-owned shipments. Your responsibilities will include: - Submitting written reports to the Inspector and Supervisor regarding incidents and instructions occurring during incoming and/or outgoing shifts, to ensure daily operational traceability and to carry out the required procedures for each case. - Monitoring the arrival and departure of national, regional, and urban operational staff to protect company property. - Inspecting vehicle cabs entering or exiting the facilities. - Reporting mistreatment of shipments or organizational assets to the Monitoring Center and immediately intervening upon detecting anomalies during loading and unloading of shipments. Requirements: High school diploma or technical certification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in security and surveillance, preferably in the logistics, transportation, and freight sectors; proficiency in office software; experience in seal control and access control.
