Register, digitize, and ensure the quality of cadastral information. ### **Company: Corprogreso** Honorarium: $4\.160\.000 Contract Type: Service Provision Contract Duration: 1 month Location: CUMBITARA, Colombia Active Until: January 24, 2026 Education Level: Technologist Experience: 1 Year ### **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** Academic Qualification and Experience: ALTERNATIVE 1: Education: Professional Degree; Experience: No experience required, but certification for a Cadastre Conservation course must be provided. ALTERNATIVE 2: Education: Minimum of eight (8) approved semesters of a professional degree; technician or technologist qualification. Experience: (i) Six (6) months of experience in property surveying or as a Cadastral Assistant for office and field work, plus a certified Property Surveying course issued by IGAC or SENA; OR (ii) Cadastre Conservation course with experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), cartography, or certified cartographic digitization. Specific Duties: 1. Study, classify, and execute assigned cadastral procedures both in the office and in the field, adhering to established cadastral regulations and procedures, and using the corresponding mobile application. 2. Conduct cadastral inspections on urban and rural properties and collect relevant information, including owners’ identification documents, title deeds, real estate registry folios, and pertinent certifications. 3. Accurately register and digitize property information—both graphical and alphanumeric—ensuring data quality in the formats and platforms specified by IGAC. 4. Guarantee information quality and data cleansing resulting from database cross-checks and inconsistencies identified in cadastral records. 5. Deliver requested information within established deadlines, perform necessary adjustments, and ensure final delivery of information according to the requirements of the Cadastral Update Project Leader. 6. Properly use equipment and services supplied by the project, apply documented IGAC procedures, and attend scheduled meetings for technical follow-up and alignment. 7. Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the designated Cadastral Update Coordinator that are consistent with the level and nature of this profile.
