### **Company: CORPROGRESO** Fees: $2\.981\.389 Contract: Service Provision Contract Duration: 1 month Location: CUMBITARA, Colombia Active: January 05, 2026 Technologist: Technologist Experience: 1 Year ### **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** Academic Qualification: Technologist in administrative areas, document management, financial management, human resources, occupational health and safety, international business, accounting management, accounting and finance; or four (4\) semesters of higher education in disciplines such as administration, engineering, accounting, finance and related fields; or High School Diploma. Experience: Experience corresponding to academic qualifications will be recognized as follows: Technological training: • One (1\) year of work experience. Four (4\) semesters of higher education: • One and a half (1.5\) years of work experience. High School Diploma: • Two (2\) years of related work experience in administrative areas, document management, financial management, human resources, occupational health and safety, international business, accounting management, accounting and finance, and related fields. Specific Responsibilities: 1\. Support the control, processing, and organization of information and documents generated during the multipurpose cadastral update process in the assigned municipality, in accordance with procedures established by IGAC. 2\. Manage logistics for meetings scheduled for the multipurpose cadastral update process in the assigned municipality. 3\. Maintain control and inventory of materials, equipment, supplies, and other items delivered to the Municipal Coordination Office (COM) in the assigned municipality; record such items in the appropriate formats, report losses, damages, or malfunctions to the immediate supervisor for respective handling, in accordance with established procedures. 4\. Prepare reports and minutes, and support uploading information and documents to platforms designated for this purpose, related to the multipurpose cadastral update process in the assigned municipality. 5\. Support responding to and processing requests submitted by users of the cadastral update process. 6\. Record and monitor attendance at meetings, minutes, training sessions, follow-up meetings, and product deliveries by personnel contracted for the multipurpose cadastral update process in the assigned municipality. 7\. Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the official responsible for the cadastral update, provided they relate to the level and nature of the profile. 8\. Participate in follow-up meetings and product delivery sessions. Deliverables: Document detailing activities carried out during the period, together with respective annexes and supporting documents.
