Technical degree in systems, computer science, or related fields. 2\. Education: Completion of three (3\) years of higher education under technological, professional, or university-level training programs in core knowledge areas related to systems, computer science, or related fields. Experience: 1\. Experience: Six (6\) months of work experience related to technological equipment maintenance and information security. 2\. Experience: Three (3\) months of work experience related to technological equipment maintenance and information security. Specific Responsibilities: 1\. Report issues related to platforms, hardware, and software to the immediate supervisor or respective departments, and maintain appropriate control over maintenance activities and incidents for each device. 2\. Attend training sessions on technological infrastructure management and support users of the cadastral updating project in using technological tools, providing efficient solutions to reported incidents. 3\. Execute the equipment and control and security tool installation schedule for the cadastral updating project, and support implementation of the information security policy. 4\. Record maintenance activities and incidents affecting assigned technological equipment, track handled requests and provided solutions through applications supplied by IGAC, and manage the inventory of assigned equipment. 5\. Report potential security level impacts on installed platforms to IGAC’s information security specialists and the immediate supervisor, as well as report any software changes or modifications that may occur. 6\. Support loading cadastral information onto digital platforms and creating data backups, following protocols established by IGAC. 7\. Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the designated cadastral updating coordinator, consistent with the level and nature of this profile. Deliverables: Document detailing activities carried out during the period, together with corresponding annexes and supporting evidence.
