We are looking for committed, responsible, and technically skilled FTTH Assistants or Technicians to join our G\-PON fiber optic network deployment and maintenance projects. If you have field experience, basic knowledge of fiber optic tools, and wish to grow professionally in the telecommunications sector, this opportunity is for you. **Job Purpose** Support installation, maintenance, splicing, and organization activities for FTTH fiber optic networks, ensuring service quality and compliance with the company's established technical standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in fiber optic splicing and fusion activities. * Organization and grooming of fibers in splice closures, NAPs, and ODFs. * Installation and laying of FTTH drop cables. * Support in preventive and corrective network maintenance. * Basic handling of measurement tools and equipment. * Route identification and support in reading network diagrams. * Compliance with safety regulations and working-at-heights protocols. **Requirements** * Technician or assistant with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in FTTH networks or telecommunications. * Basic knowledge of fiber optics and G\-PON networks. * Basic proficiency with fusion splicers, power meters, or other measurement tools. * Availability for fieldwork. * Height-work certification (valid) is desirable. **Valued Competencies** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Positive attitude toward learning. * Attention to detail and organization in handling materials and tools. **We Offer** * Employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth and technical training. * Provision of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
