This entry\-level role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for building dashboards, models, and tools that improve business outcomes. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * Maintain and analyze large sets of operational data and metrics to support various internal stakeholders and external customers. * Develop and manage Tableau dashboards and automated reporting tools to visualize KPIs and operational trends. * Mine systems for relevant data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across platforms. * Build productivity tools and quantitative models to support service metrics, cost forecasting, cycle times, and capacity planning. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and support scaling initiatives. * Assist in developing cost forecasts, budgets, and long\-range strategic planning through data\-driven analysis. * Interpret complex data relationships and react to unexpected events with problem\-solving agility.
