A leading company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of rubber and metal parts and components for the automotive sector and industry in general. We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with experience in rubber production processes to join our team in Mosquera, Cundinamarca. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Mix Design and Development process, which includes: \- Ensuring the execution of standardized procedures for rubber mix design and development \- Reviewing and verifying rubber mix specifications to guarantee compliance with quality requirements \- Analyzing data on mix variable performance both in the laboratory and during production \- Controlling chemicals used in the process: managing compatibility matrices, safety data sheets, and technical specifications \- Participating in the analysis of non-conforming product causes and implementing corrective actions \- Conducting quality control tests to verify that mixes meet established specifications and standards Requirements: \- Professional degree in Chemical Engineering \- Knowledge of rubber mix standardization processes and quality control \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial processes \- Experience in similar roles General Conditions: \- Availability from Monday to Saturday \- Salary: Negotiable, based on candidate's experience and profile \- Candidates residing in Bogotá or Soacha will receive an additional transportation allowance Position type: Full-time
