Inventory control and management A prominent logistics sector company is seeking an Inventory Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a continuous improvement focus to cover a maternity leave Must hold a technical or professional degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or related fields Position Purpose Ensure the proper functioning of the inventory system, guaranteeing information reliability, physical goods control, and logistical operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities *Inventory Control and Management *Ensure the proper functioning of the inventory system. *Develop and execute daily and cyclic inventory plans. *Audit and monitor daily inventory reconciliation. *Verify physical goods, inbound and outbound documentation, and information systems. *Maintain performance and compliance indicators for operations. *Conduct internal process inspections for inventory handling. *Propose and implement improvements to optimize inventory management. *Apply corrective actions when necessary. *Prepare periodic management reports. *Resolve complaints and claims from internal and external customers. *Train staff on inventory processes and best practices.
