




Position Summary: We are seeking a Development Manager to coordinate and participate in research, innovation, and applied chemical development across various industries, designing formulations and analytical methods. Key Highlights: 1. Lead research and development in applied chemistry across multiple sectors. 2. Design and coordinate experiments, tests, and chemical and biochemical analyses. 3. Manage R&D projects, budgets, and personnel. We require a Professional Development Manager holding a professional license with a minimum of 6 years of experience to coordinate, participate in, and technically and scientifically evaluate research, innovation, and development of concepts, instruments, theories, laws, methods, and chemical formulations applied to industry, environment, health, waste management, among others; design formulations, analytical methods, manufacturing test methods, and analytical methods for the food, petrochemical, plastics, rubber, mining, agrochemical, pulp and paper, soap, and other industries. Responsibilities: -Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments, tests, assays, characterizations, and analyses of chemical, biochemical, material, natural, and synthetic product compositions using various techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, chemical and physical separation techniques, microscopy, among others. -Support research on mechanisms of drug action, disease diagnosis and treatment, organ functions, and health assessment. -Plan, direct, and coordinate internal corporate R&D activities, or those assigned by other research organizations, to create or improve technical processes, products, knowledge, or material utilization methods while minimizing environmental impact. -Plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise technical and scientific development research programs and advise on new applications, products, techniques, among others, for a company or organization. -Develop, establish, and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource use according to departmental or corporate management protocols. -Develop, establish, and implement policies, strategies, standards, and procedures for technical and scientific work conducted within the department, company, or laboratory. -Plan, direct, and evaluate the technical work of R&D personnel within the department, company, or laboratory. -Consult and negotiate with clients to explain proposals, prepare specifications, or present engineering and development research reports and conclusions. -Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate staff training, performance, selection, and hiring in accordance with departmental, corporate, or laboratory policies and regulations. -Represent the organization or department, or delegate representatives to act on its behalf in negotiations, conventions, conferences, seminars, public hearings, media, forums, or other official functions. -Perform related duties.
