We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Multifunctional Cashier Assistant / Rodadero. The role involves delivering excellent customer service through efficient registration and checkout of products, ensuring optimal revenue collection, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the cash area, and complying with the company's established service standards. Main Responsibilities Accurately register and process customer purchases. Apply service protocols, greetings, and data updates. Resolve customer inquiries or pricing issues, promoting a satisfying shopping experience. Ensure proper use of coupons, discounts, and cash register supplies. Maintain the work area organized, clean, and properly stocked according to the planogram. Perform cash counts and money handovers in accordance with established procedures. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, reporting hazards and participating in training sessions. Promote excellent personal presentation and a service-oriented attitude. Salary: 1.750.905 Education: High school diploma with certified training in cash register operation. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles within sales or customer service areas.
