




Job Summary: Analyze reports, plan sales strategies, visit customers, improve product display, and ensure product availability at the point of sale. Key Highlights: 1. Advising customers, driving sales, and ensuring product availability. Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze reports generated by the distribution department to plan the daily sales strategy. Achieve 100% customer visit coverage across the assigned work zone, respecting established boundaries. It is the sales representative's responsibility to update information for each assigned customer and include 100% of customers handled within the category, according to the assigned territory. Improve product display, presentation, brand presence, and product visibility by leveraging available space, including marking official suggested retail prices. Suggest orders to customers, promote sales of all products to increase volume, advise customers on all brands using the product catalog, and emphasize profitability and our products' best pricing—ensuring implementation of the planned sales steps. Guarantee product availability at the point of sale with appropriate expiration dates; no expired products must be present, and the representative must act responsibly when selling promotional items, promoting proper stock rotation. Requirements: High school diploma; field of expertise: commercial; specific knowledge in customer service and sales processes. Minimum 6 months of experience as a TAT advisor, sales representative, or merchandiser with sales experience; motorcycle required, with all documents up to date. Conditions: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV); commissions approximately COP 490,000; incentives approximately COP 210,000; legal transportation allowance; statutory benefits; extra-legal benefits (statutory and extra-legal bonus, educational allowances, other benefits); COP 5,700 per working day.
