Position Summary: A leading company in the sector is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor with retail experience to manage operations, inventory, staff, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage store operations, inventory, and closing procedures 2. Lead and coordinate sales floor teams 3. Handle and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and claims (PQR) A leading company in the sector requires a SALES FLOOR SUPERVISOR for its team, residing in the municipality of BARANOA, with a minimum of 2 years of certified experience in the retail sector, having performed duties such as: inventory control, conducting physical inventories, personnel management, maintaining store order and discipline, store closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting of incidents, among others. Requirements: verifiable experience, academic background in ADMINISTRATIVE fields, availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: - Coordinate store cleaning tasks - Coordinate and schedule staff working hours - Safeguard daily sales revenue and petty cash - Manage final cash reconciliation for each register - Process invoice cancellations, customer claims, and returns - Inspect shipments from the Distribution Center and direct suppliers - Comply with the company's store closing procedures - Verify stock levels for store and warehouse items and timely request orders according to assigned frequency and schedule - Lead, direct, and control store inventory in accordance with company-established procedures - Receive, assist, and manage customer PQRs (Petitions, Complaints, and Claims) related to the assigned store. -Requirements- Minimum education: University Degree / Technical Program 2 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, team leader
