Position: Rector Functions: Ensure the successful implementation of the Institutional Educational Project, and direct the provision of services * Lead the necessary actions to fulfill the Mission, Vision, Objectives, and Quality Policy. * Ensure proper planning and development of the annual provision of educational services (school calendar, institutional schedule, academic assignment and workload, school timetables, etc.) * Plan and organize curricular activities with coordinators * Direct the formulation, review, and updating of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), the Action Plan of the institution, the Institutional Improvement Plan (PMI), and the Institutional Evaluation System (SIE). * Identify and lead the development of academic improvement plans based on results from institutional self-evaluation, Saber tests, and ISCE. * Lead actions for the implementation, strengthening, improvement, and innovation of the Pedagogical Model "Escuela con propósito", and participate in and promote active involvement of the team in the Pedagogical Committee. * Preside over and ensure the development of activities of the various councils and committees that make up the institutional school governance. \-Among others. \-Perform related duties.
