Responsible for maintaining the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring sustained recurring revenue and its growth through the required sales funnel according to the assigned sales quota. **Functions Associated with the Role** * Relationship with Commercial Agents from the indirect channel who manage a defined base of customers within the Empresa division; responsible for relationships with assigned clients, always aiming to build trust and long-term business. * Responsible for engaging with all organizational levels. * Manage Telefónica’s image among their assigned customers, ensuring the company’s values and vision are correctly perceived. * Present commercial proposals; responsible for gathering information, understanding customer needs, leading proposal development and delivery, leading proposal justification, and ensuring customer expectations are met. * Support assigned agents within the responsibility area by helping gather information, understand customer needs, lead proposal creation and delivery, lead proposal justification, and ensure customer expectations are fulfilled. * New Sales Management: responsible for achieving assigned sales budgets for both fixed and mobile products. * Maintain a sales funnel aligned with established targets. * Collaborate with Marketing to design communication and relationship strategies that generate new sales within their assigned portfolio. * Lead and comprehensively manage all internal processes necessary to formalize closed deals with customers, including purchase orders, contracts, and service commencement records. * Continuously learn and stay updated on the company's product and service portfolio to ensure proposal quality and achieve high effectiveness. * Perform administrative tasks inherent to the role, enabling the Commercial Agents Management to obtain overall business information for decision-making, strategy definition, and policy setting. * Create, maintain, and update account plans for their assigned customers, as well as all required information for managing these accounts within the company's information systems. * Foster synergy and team leadership among groups involved in their projects to achieve optimal results. * Ensure training processes on convergent products (fixed-mobile) of the Empresa division for the commercial teams of each agent assigned to their zone. * Manage and lead databases assigned to their agents, including control and periodic submission of required reports to maintain visibility over the assigned territory. * **Essential Requirements:** * Professional degree in electronic engineering, systems, telecommunications, or related fields * Equivalent education: Technologist or university student with at least 5 years of experience in sales or customer service roles within telecommunications or technology companies * Knowledge of consultative selling and account plan management * Knowledge of fixed, mobile, and convergent technological services * Knowledge of ICT integration solutions * Experience in negotiation with the Colombian government and familiarity with public procurement schemes for fixed, mobile, and digital services * **Desirable Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles within telecommunications companies, involving sales of telecommunications services and equipment * **Required Knowledge or Skills:** * Time management * Assertive communication * Frustration tolerance * Proficiency in Excel **Value Proposition:** * Flexible working hours * Points benefit to exchange for time * Points to exchange for experiences * Company product discounts * Life insurance
