Position Summary: Coordinate, manage, and strengthen cybersecurity and information security, protecting the technological assets and digital services of the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce. Ensure a secure and reliable technological environment. **Responsibilities:** Comprehensively coordinate, manage, and strengthen cybersecurity and information security for the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce, protecting information, technological assets, infrastructure, and digital services against risks, threats, and vulnerabilities through the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of controls that ensure appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, continuity, and resilience. Support the achievement of the BCC’s strategic objectives and its Digital Transformation goals by enabling secure technological evolution, adoption of new solutions, digital services, cloud, data, and artificial intelligence—incorporating security-by-design principles and sound management of technological risks. Ensure that internal customers have access to a secure, stable, and reliable technological environment that facilitates the performance of their duties and the continuity of institutional processes; and that entrepreneurs, customers, and other stakeholders can access secure, available, and reliable digital services, thereby reinforcing trust in the BCC and its service channels. Additionally, ensure compliance with and ongoing improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ISO/IEC 27001 requirements, regulatory provisions, and applicable best practices, while promoting an organization-wide culture of cybersecurity, risk prevention, and risk management. **Profile:** Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields. A specialization in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Security, Technological Risk Management, or related areas is desirable, as well as certifications or complementary training in ISO/IEC 27001, risk management, cloud security, ethical hacking, incident management, and cybersecurity technologies. 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in roles related to cybersecurity, information security, vulnerability management, security control administration, SOC/SIEM, incident response, or technological risk management. **Contract Duration:** Indefinite Work Location: On-site employment
