We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people’s lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Electromechanical Operation and Maintenance: * Perform operation and commissioning of electromechanical installations (motors, pumps, compressors, electrical panels, frequency converters, hydraulic and pneumatic systems) in accordance with procedures and technical manuals. * Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on electromechanical equipment, ensuring availability and reliability levels consistent with maintenance plans. * Diagnose failures, perform adjustments, repairs, and functional field tests, documenting actions taken, spare parts used, and intervention times. * Schedule and conduct periodic inspections (thermography, vibration analysis, electrical measurements, oil analysis) and coordinate sampling and laboratory testing as required. Document Management and Technical Reporting: * Prepare and maintain up-to-date maintenance records, work orders, equipment life histories, and operational logs. * Issue daily/weekly technical reports on asset status, incidents, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions. * Manage and archive technical documentation: electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, hydraulic schematics, equipment manuals, and component certificates. Operational Coordination and Safety: * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, and contractor teams to ensure proper execution of work and minimize unplanned downtime. * Apply and ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and work permits; report incidents and participate in root-cause investigations. * Attend operational and planning meetings, proposing technical improvements and solutions to ensure operational continuity. Continuous Improvement and Tool Utilization: * Propose and implement improvements to maintenance plans, diagnostic methods, and spare parts management to optimize costs and availability. * Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), document management tools, and technical software (SAP PM, ERP, Project, monitoring and predictive analytics applications). * Promote best practices in energy efficiency, sustainability, and reduction of operational risks. **We seek a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * Technical education: Electromechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, or related field. * Experience: 3–6 years in electromechanical operation and maintenance within industrial plants, infrastructure, or similar projects. * Knowledge of electrical and power systems, electrical controls, frequency converters, basic PLCs, electric motors, lubrication systems, pumps, and rotating equipment. * Proficiency in using measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, vibration analyzer, thermal imager) and ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. * Competencies: safety- and quality-oriented mindset, effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, proactivity, and teamwork under pressure. * Willingness to work onsite, on rotating shifts, and travel as required by operational needs. * Desired certifications: industrial safety training, LOTO, low/medium-voltage electricity, predictive maintenance, or similar. **What We Offer:** * Social benefits: health insurance, work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, and participation in high-impact projects. * The chance to be part of a dynamic workplace guided by collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
