Our Salesforce instance is critical to our business, so you should always consider the broader organization’s best interests when designing and deploying solutions.We are seeking a self\-starter who is eager to learn and apply best\-practice development standards while collaborating closely with the team. ### **Responsibilities** * Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation aligned with client business objectives. * Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high code quality and the proper use of design patterns. * Develop Apex, API integrations, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce functionality and support business requirements. * Assist with each release cycle by implementing and deploying new features and updates to existing applications and code. * Design user processes and flows to deliver an improved user experience. * Proactively monitor Salesforce release notes to identify and adopt new features and improvements. ### **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience. * Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across multiple systems. * Minimum of 2 years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience. * Experience using Salesforce point\-and\-click configuration tools. * Strong experience with frontend development. * Experience developing enterprise systems across the full software development lifecycle. * Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum. * Experience designing frontend flows and user processes. * Experience with React.js (bonus).
