Job Summary: We are seeking a Content Creator with experience in social media management to promote electric mobility products, create videos, and model the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive audience engagement and customer service A well-established company in the electric mobility sector is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to work in the city of Popayán. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, and/or product promotion via social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Some key responsibilities include: Design: Basic video editing knowledge and proficiency with tools such as TikTok, CapCut, Instagram, and other related applications Communication skills and ability to authentically and professionally connect with a diverse audience Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Responsibilities Social Media Management: Manage and update the brand’s social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok) by creating innovative, marketing-strategy-aligned content Video Creation and Editing: Produce and edit videos promoting electric bicycles and scooters Sales Promotion: Collaborate on promotional and product launch campaigns, supporting the development of engaging content to boost sales and brand visibility Brand Modeling: Represent our brand authentically in photos, videos, and other promotional activities; act as a model embodying the company’s style Customer Service: Proactively interact with social media followers—responding to questions, comments, and delivering high-quality service to current and potential customers Drive product sales by answering customer inquiries and recommending products based on their needs What We Offer? Fixed-term employment contract directly with the company, extendable to an indefinite term based on performance Base salary between $2,000,000 and $2,200,000 + commissions based on performance Working hours: Monday to Saturday, on-site Would you like to join our team?
