Advises and comprehensively serves customers on commercial and operational matters efficiently, courteously, and diligently, ensuring the best experience. Supports the Branch Manager in control, operational, and administrative activities to guarantee achievement of objectives. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** University graduate or students in their ninth semester in Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields within the financial sector. **EXPERIENCE** 2 years of experience in commercial roles with a customer service orientation. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Knowledge of the Nacar Operational Guide. Knowledge and application skills for Sigdoc. Accounting and financial knowledge. Knowledge of Grannet Information System modules: Commercial Management, Profitability Sheets, Provision Reports, Document Management, among others.
