




Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary professional for food preparation, hygiene maintenance, and inventory management, emphasizing teamwork and adaptability. Key Highlights: 1. Technical or Technological Degree in Culinary Arts, minimum one year of experience in similar positions, knowledge of food handling and basic cooking techniques. Responsibilities: - Wash, peel, cut, and weigh ingredients prior to preparation. - Prepare simple dishes, mix ingredients, and plate meals for each table. - Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the work area, equipment, utensils, and tableware (plates, cutlery). - Receive, label, and store raw materials correctly, collaborating in stock control and inventory management. - Remove garbage and waste in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
