Job Summary: We are seeking an External Commercial Advisor to promote financial and non-financial services, disburse loans, and manage customers, supporting micro-entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion of financial and non-financial services 2. Customer administration and portfolio recovery management 3. Field commercial work supporting micro-entrepreneurs We drive the country's sustainable development through inclusive financial solutions. We are over 1,500 collaborators supporting Colombian micro-entrepreneurs and MSMEs in achieving their business dreams. As part of our expansion process, we are seeking an EXTERNAL COMMERCIAL ADVISOR for POPAYÁN. Challenge: Promotion of financial and non-financial services, loan disbursement, customer administration, and portfolio recovery management. Will cover periods of leave, medical incapacity, permissions, or vacations in the area. Academic Qualifications: Professional Technician degree; university students in their 8th semester; or professionals in finance, accounting, administration, agribusiness, industrial engineering, or agro-industrial engineering. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in external commercial activities in any economic sector, preferably in field commercial roles. Important: 90% field work. Goal achievement. Own transportation and valid documents (motorcycle or car). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday mornings. Salary Conditions: Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the organization. First month: training position salary (SMLV); starting from the second month: base salary assigned to the position ($2,739,314) plus commissions and bonuses. Commercial transportation allowance.
