A well-known company in the electric mobility sector is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to work in the city of Popayán. * We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience managing social media, creating content, and promoting products via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms. Key responsibilities include: * Design: Basic video editing knowledge and proficiency with tools such as TikTok, CapCut, Instagram, and other relevant applications. * Communication skills and the ability to authentically and professionally engage a diverse audience. * Proactive attitude and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. **Responsibilities** * Social Media Management: Manage and update the brand’s social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok) by creating innovative content aligned with the marketing department’s strategy. * Video Creation and Editing: Produce and edit videos to promote electric bicycles and scooters. * Sales Promotion: Collaborate on promotional and product launch campaigns, supporting the creation of compelling content to increase sales and brand visibility. * Brand Representation: Authentically represent our brand in photos, videos, and other promotional activities—acting as a brand model embodying the company’s style. * Customer Service: Proactively interact with followers on social media, responding to questions and comments, and delivering high-quality service to current and potential customers. * Drive product sales by answering customer inquiries and recommending products based on their needs. **What do we offer?** Fixed-term employment contract directly with the company, extendable to an indefinite-term contract based on performance.
