Currently, we seek to hire a **Multi-Machinery Operator** to work at the Machinery Park based at the corresponding project site/operations center. **Functional/Contextual Aspects of the Position (Considerations):** * Work is carried out within the Operations Department and requires mobility within the workplace. * The position involves constant interaction with technical staff, middle management, and suppliers. * Requires attention, concentration, analytical ability, and strict adherence to safety procedures. * Requires oral and written communication skills for reporting, work logs, and operational coordination. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * High school diploma. * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating and performing basic maintenance on various types of machinery (e.g., backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, rollers, cranes, etc.). * Knowledge of safe equipment operation, occupational safety regulations, and preventive maintenance procedures. * Basic proficiency in computer tools (Office suite) for reports and recordkeeping. * Teamwork skills, effective communication, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Professional certifications (e.g., heavy vehicle driving licenses, machinery operator certificates, safety training courses) will be positively considered. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Safely and efficiently operate various assigned equipment and machinery according to project planning. * Perform daily and periodic preventive inspections and maintenance as per the maintenance schedule, ensuring proper equipment functionality. * Identify and report malfunctions or abnormal conditions; support initial diagnosis and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team. * Prepare and keep updated inventories of spare parts and consumables required for machinery operation and maintenance. * Safeguard and manage assigned tools, materials, and supplies, maintaining accurate inventory and orderly storage. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, promoting proper care of tools and operational equipment. * Prepare technical logs and weekly reports—or as requested by supervision—documenting observations regarding machinery condition. * Comply with and promote applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards on site or in facilities. **What We Offer:** * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, and occupational health initiatives. * The opportunity to become part of a dynamic work environment guided by collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
