




Job Summary: We are seeking a person to support the execution of structural works on site, collaborating in various construction and maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. We seek someone who will join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people’s lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support in the execution of structural works on site: preparation, assembly, and dismantling of formwork and auxiliary equipment. * Reinforcement assembly and placement, installation of precast elements, and support in concrete pouring and curing operations. * Collaboration in the safe movement, handling, and storage of materials and loads; correct use of hand and power tools. * Basic reading of drawings and performing measurements and markings as instructed by the site supervisor or site manager. * Participation in the verification of alignments, levels, and elevations under supervision. * Maintenance and cleaning of the work area, and proper management of waste and materials. * Collaboration in compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations on site. * Communication and coordination with the site team to ensure adherence to deadlines, technical instructions, and quality standards. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Basic education in construction, related vocational training, or demonstrable experience in civil works and structures (1–3 years’ experience preferred, depending on the position). * Practical knowledge of formwork, reinforcement assembly, and concrete operations. * Ability to work in a team, proactive attitude, responsibility, and safety orientation. * Availability for travel and geographical mobility according to project needs. * Knowledge of and compliance with on-site safety measures; occupational health and safety (OHS) training is highly valued. * A valid driver’s license and professional certifications related to construction will be considered an asset. **What We Offer:** * Social benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, and volunteer activities. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
