We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Quantity and Planning Engineer, someone who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service. **Main Responsibilities of the Quantity and Planning Engineer** --------------------------------------------------------------------- * Preparation and review of measurements for engineering and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical requirements. * Development and supervision of project scheduling, coordinating timelines, resources, and activities to achieve established milestones. * Direct collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for effective integration of measurements and planning during the execution phase. * Support in preparing technical and economic bids through detailed quantity take-offs and accurate scheduling. * Identification and management of deviations in measurements and planning, proposing optimization solutions. * Use and management of specialized tools such as Presto, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar for measurement preparation and scheduling. * Generation of progress reports for site management and clients. ### **Requirements for the Quantity and Planning Engineering Position** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Works Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to quantity surveying, planning, and scheduling of construction projects or engineering works. * Solid knowledge in drawing interpretation, budget preparation, and use of measurement and planning software. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and process optimization orientation. * Advanced Excel skills and programming knowledge. * Experience automating repetitive processes using scripts in Python, C\# and Dynamo for Civil 3D/Revit, ability to manage and structure databases to support information management, design and maintain advanced Excel progress reports and VBA, handle SQL data and Power BI. * Integration of information from different sources to present it clearly in reports and dashboards. * High analytical capacity and attention to detail, effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, ability to document processes and ensure information traceability. * International or large-scale project experience will be valued. ### **Competencies and Skills** * Teamwork and collaboration across departments. * Initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. * Effective verbal and written communication. * Commitment to safety, quality, and deadline compliance. * Adaptability and willingness to learn in innovative environments. #### **Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At Sacyr, we value diversity and promote inclusion.
