




Job Summary: Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering professional to lead and manage fiber optic projects, ensuring their successful execution and effective communication. Definition and supervision of project plans. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. **COMPETENCIES:** * Comprehensive project management based on best practices (PMI or other methodologies). * Project planning, monitoring, and control. * Management of costs, schedules, quality, and risks. * Documentation methodologies, change control, and KPI management. * Solid knowledge of fiber optics, including infrastructure, components, deployment, testing, regulations, and maintenance. **TOOLS: OFFICE EXCEL, POWER BI, POWER POINT** **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum two (2\) years leading projects or working in related roles (e.g., Project Manager, * Project Coordinator, Technical Leader, among others). * Minimum one (2\) year of specific experience in fiber optic projects, neutral networks, GPON networks, OLT, ODF, splicing, measurements, installation, and associated components. **REMOTE WORK** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Define the project plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks). * Coordinate and lead the assigned project team. * Monitor adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes. * Supervise delivery of outputs according to technical and operational requirements. * Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Report progress, deviations, and recommendations to management. * Ensure proper project closure, including lessons learned and final documentation. * Manage contractors, procurement, and project-related resources (where applicable). * All duties related to the position.
