Structured as a matrix organization with six geographic regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company operates in over 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally. **Job Description** Execute the annual process of collecting and updating information for each client by requesting the documents required under LDC's internal procedures, as well as performing corresponding list verifications in the relevant software to ensure compliance with standards and policies. Carry out the document management process for coffee inflows (purchases, transfers, returns) and outflows (sales, transfers, replenishment), ensuring compliance with internal procedures, formats, and documentation established by the company. Ensure proper custody of the physical archive of documents stored at each location. Enter daily into the software systems provided by the company all information regarding coffee inflows and outflows, ensuring timely access to information and adherence to established procedures. Generate reports as determined by the direct supervisor on the operations of each unit in a timely and consistent manner. Perform administrative tasks such as purchase reporting, petty cash reimbursements, expense legalization, check listings, and other related activities to ensure smooth operation of the location. Submit all accounting information correctly (invoices, equivalent documents, checks, petty cash reimbursements, expense legalization). Perform parchment coffee settlement calculations based on the yield factor provided by the warehouse supervisor, according to each location's settlement parameters. Execute payments for parchment coffee in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
