What will you do in this role? Lead, coordinate, and supervise the ramp assistant team in their daily activities. Ensure proper execution of ground operations: Aircraft marshalling Loading and unloading of baggage and cargo Aircraft securing Operation of ground support equipment (GSE) and other logistics-related tasks inherent to the process Verify compliance with safety procedures, operational timeframes, and airline protocols. Foster a collaborative, organized, and service-oriented work environment. Report operational incidents and manage resources to ensure smooth operational execution. Requirements Technologist or university graduate in tourism, logistics, or related fields. Prior experience leading operational teams. Proficiency in office software tools. Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and capacity to work under pressure. Schedule: Availability to work Sunday to Sunday, with days off scheduled according to operational rotation.
