This role directly contributes to customer trust and Fiserv’s operational excellence. **What You’ll Do:** * Design and develop test plans, strategies, and test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria. * Execute manual and automated testing (functional, regression, performance, integration) on card issuance and processing solutions. * Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects to resolution and verification. * Collaborate with Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and developers to resolve findings and mitigate risks. * Communicate test progress, risks, and results to the team and leadership. * Analyze root causes of defects and drive process improvements to elevate product quality. **What You Need:** * 6 years of software testing experience (manual and automated), including functional, regression, and performance testing. * 6 years of hands-on experience with VisionPLUS, CMS, FAS, and TRAMS in card issuance and processing environments. * 6 years of experience in payment processing and schemes (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Redeban, Credibanco) and authorization, settlement, and dispute flows. * 6 years of experience in defect management and use of tools such as Jira and ServicePoint for logging, tracking, and reporting. * 6 years of experience in integration technologies and mainframe (COBOL, VSAM, JCL, Control-M, FTP XCOM) and API testing. **What Would Be Ideal to Have (Desirable):** * 6 years of experience with ISTQB practices or equivalent ISTQB certification. * 6 years of experience in test automation and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, automation frameworks). * 6 years of experience in performance testing (e.g., JMeter or other tools). * 6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and preferably CSM or PSM certification. * 6 years of experience in scripting/macros for test support and report generation. **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
