Opportunity for promotion to Occupational Health and Safety Manager **Job Description** A service/industrial sector company seeks an **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator** to lead the implementation, execution, and improvement of the OHSMS across **two companies simultaneously**, ensuring compliance with current Colombian regulations (Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019). **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain the OHSMS in both companies * Develop and update the risk matrix (GTC-45) * Conduct safety inspections in both organizations * Investigate occupational accidents and incidents * Deliver OHS training and capacity-building programs * Coordinate the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee (COPASST) and the Labor Coexistence Committee * Manage reporting to the Workers' Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL) and regulatory authorities * Monitor accident and absenteeism indicators * Ensure compliance with minimum standards in both companies * Administer legal documentation of the system **Requirements** * Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field * Valid Occupational Health and Safety license * 50-hour OHSMS course (or 20-hour refresher course) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience implementing OHSMS * Knowledge of current Colombian regulatory framework * Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel) **Key Competencies** * Organization and management across multiple companies * Leadership and assertive communication * Planning and document control * Decision-making under pressure * Autonomous work and results-oriented mindset **Job Conditions** * Concurrent management of 2 companies (dual schedule) * Independent reporting per organization * Periodic visits to both locations * Administrative assistant support (if applicable) * Opportunity for promotion to **Occupational Health and Safety Manager** Workplace: On-site employment
