Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting technician or technologist to ensure accurate bank and investment reconciliations, as well as proper payroll and invoice processing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage bank and investment reconciliations 2. Verify and record payroll and social security contributions 3. Perform reconciliation of employee loans **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure that bank and investment reconciliations are up to date for the process. * Develop a schedule for reviewing the various balance sheet accounts managed in the process. * Perform bank, investment, and financial obligation reconciliations. * Perform reconciliation of employee loans. * Record accruals and disability reports. * Submit and legalize payroll, occupational health and safety (SST), and human resources invoices. * Verify and record payroll (vacations, final settlements), social security contributions, and accruals to ensure they are processed correctly. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technician or Technologist in accounting-related fields * 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles * Proficiency in Excel **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
