Requirements: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite Strong communication and writing skills Organized, proactive individual with a service-oriented mindset Commercial skills to manage and recruit new sponsors Main Responsibilities: Administrative support for the Plan Padrino program, database management, follow-up with current sponsors, and outreach to acquire new sponsors to enable program growth.
