At Dentix, we are seeking a **Data and Collections Analytics Analyst**, who will be responsible for analyzing and managing portfolio information to generate reports, KPIs, and strategies that optimize portfolio recovery. Additionally, the candidate will participate in developing **automations and analytical tools** to improve operational efficiency in the collections department and strengthen data-driven decision-making. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, portfolio management, or related areas. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or others). * Knowledge of databases and SQL queries (basic or intermediate level). * Experience in process automation and consolidation of data from multiple sources. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze customer, payment, and portfolio behavior databases. * Identify payment patterns and delinquency trends. * Perform portfolio segmentation by delinquency level and risk. * Prepare periodic reports and dashboards of management indicators. * Evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies. * Design automations to optimize departmental processes. * Consolidate and ensure the quality and reliability of information. * Monitor and analyze performance of external collection agencies. **Conditions**: * Position: **Data and Collections Analytics Analyst** * Salary: $2.500.000 * Schedule: Administrative * Work Mode: Hybrid * Location: North Bogotá * Contract: Indefinite term — immediate hiring!
