




Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Manager for a bakery and confectionery plant with experience in food production, personnel management, and technical expertise in bakery and confectionery processes and production control. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership experience in food production plants, preferably in bakery and confectionery. 2. Experience in recipe standardization and cost control. 3. Advanced knowledge of bakery and confectionery processes and inventory control. Job Description: Plant Manager – Bakery and Confectionery Plant: ✅ Requirements: **Academic Background** * Food Engineering * Business Administration * Gastronomy or Culinary Arts * Industrial Engineering * Related fields * Additional training in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control is desirable. **Experience** * Food production plants (preferably bakery and confectionery or bread-making). * Supervision of operational staff. * Production planning and control. * Experience in recipe standardization and cost control. **Technical Knowledge** * Bakery and confectionery production processes (mixing, baking, decoration, preservation). * Inventory and raw material control. * Production performance indicators (waste, yield, cycle times). * Current sanitary regulations (Invima – if applicable in Colombia). * Recipe costing and waste control. * Proficiency in basic software (Excel, inventory systems, ERP).
