Job Summary: Articulation Professional to implement technological appropriation strategies and digital culture initiatives in judicial offices, engaging with communities. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking an Articulation Professional to carry out field activities in the Valle del Cauca region: Cali, Buga, Palmira, Buenaventura, Tuluá, Cartago, Roldanillo, Sevilla, Jamundí, Yumbo, Florida, El Cerrito, Zarzal, Dagua Required Profile: - Systems Engineer, or professional in social sciences, public administration, business administration, social communication, marketing, law, or engineering disciplines (industrial, electronic, administrative, or related fields). - Experience in territorial work, training, or project implementation. - Postgraduate degree in project management, public management, systems engineering, digital transformation, technological innovation, technology management, or related fields. - Minimum (2) years of experience in field or territorial work, engagement with communities or institutional stakeholders, collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information, preparation of technical reports, and coordination of activities in governmental projects. - Minimum (4) years of professional experience. - 100% availability during the territorial intervention period (3 months). What will be your mission? You will serve as the bridge between judicial offices and the project, ensuring the proper implementation of technological appropriation and digital culture strategies, and facilitating the adoption of digital tools at the territorial level. What will you do? - Support judicial offices in digital adoption processes - Lead awareness-raising and training sessions for judicial personnel - Identify needs, perceptions, and opportunities for improvement in the use of technological tools - Coordinate and execute territorial intervention activities - Document processes and prepare technical follow-up reports Key Position Conditions: - Fieldwork involving constant travel between municipalities - Own vehicle is desirable - Full availability to travel within the department - Focus on goal achievement and consistent reporting Important: This role requires high mobility, direct interaction with users, and strong field management capabilities.
