We seek committed assembly technicians with manual dexterity and on-site problem-solving capabilities for installing our ductwork systems and metal accessories. You will be responsible for the final stage of our projects, ensuring that fabrication translates into high-quality installations at our clients’ facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Installation and Assembly:** Assembling ducts, supports, and metal accessories according to technical drawings. * **Field Work:** Performing anchoring, sealing, leveling, and technical finishing tasks directly on project sites. * **Tool Handling:** Safe operation of drills, grinders, laser levels, and manual cutting tools. * **Material Management:** Ensuring correct on-site positioning of insulation and mechanical components. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in industrial assembly, metal carpentry, or structural roles. * **Education:** Technical high school diploma or SENA graduate in fields such as Welding, Metal Construction, or Industrial Mechanics. * **Mobility:** **Full availability to travel** across different regions of the country according to project scheduling. * **Certifications:** Preferably hold a valid **Working at Heights** certification. **What We Offer:** * **Stability:** Formal contract including all statutory social benefits. * **Growth:** A genuine platform to advance and specialize within the organization. * **Compensation:** Base salary \+ Transportation allowance \+ **Performance-based bonuses**. * **Per Diems:** Travel and transportation expenses covered by the company when required by the project. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: Availability for overtime as required by assembly needs.
