Seize the opportunity to become a Heartist® and let your heart guide you in a world where life beats faster. **Job Description** **Ensure proper administrative, financial, and accounting management of the hotel, guaranteeing efficient use of resources and compliance with Accor standards.** * Coordinate and supervise the hotel’s administrative, financial, and accounting processes. * Monitor budgets, expenses, accounts receivable, and cash flow, ensuring optimal resource utilization. * Control budgets, operational costs, and financial results. * Drive improvements to enhance hotel operational efficiency. * Prepare the annual budget and conduct monthly budget follow-up. * Present financial reports to management. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations as well as Accor chain standards. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in hospitality Knowledge of Colombian accounting and tax regulations Budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis skills Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate English proficiency Hotel systems knowledge preferred
