This role covers CO-EC & PE and provides support for VE & BO. **Responsibilities:** *** Preparation of weekly reports summarizing daily quotations. ** Support in developing internal rate sheets for OPS and PRICING. ** Support for the general PROCUREMENT Contact Book. ** Support for supplier maintenance meetings. ** Support for documentary renewals of the aforementioned suppliers. ** Support for follow-up calls. ** Support for the general filing of airline general charges. ** Support for cost advisory services to the Sales Department. **Qualifications:** Currently enrolled student in International Trade, Logistics, and/or Industrial Engineering. Technical, technological, or professional degree holders in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. (Preferred) Experience: Preferred Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook: preferred. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Grade: 001 Modality: 100% in-person.
