This is an **Apprenticeship** position located in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive tracking of project lines and categories * Management and development of project management indicators * Analysis and prioritization of innovation projects * Planning and monitoring of project schedules * Collaboration in process improvement and cross-departmental communication * Support in generating reports and documenting progress * Strong teamwork skills. * Ability to convey and follow instructions. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Strong customer service orientation * Support administrative tasks involving spreadsheets and databases, among others **Minimum Qualifications:** * Must be over 18 years of age * Must have completed high school and currently be in the practical training phase of undergraduate studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of SAP. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word\- Excel\- PowerPoint. * Basic knowledge of project management, reporting, documentation, BI tools, and Microsoft Project.
