Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment, leading HVAC installation and commissioning. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of technical personnel **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for air conditioning equipment, as well as lead HVAC system, piping, ductwork, and power and control electrical system installations. Ensure equipment commissioning, compliance with quality and safety standards, and customer satisfaction. **EDUCATION:** Technical or Technologist degree in: * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning * Electrical Engineering **KNOWLEDGE:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems. * Field fault diagnosis and resolution. * Coordination and supervision of installation and commissioning activities. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). **WORK EXPERIENCE:** **Minimum 4 years** of experience in: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment. * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. * Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment, piping, and ductwork. * Coordination and supervision of technical personnel. * Equipment start-up and commissioning. **COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Proactivity. * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Service orientation. * Compliance with safety regulations. **SCHEDULE** **Monday to Friday:** 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **Saturday:** 7:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **SALARY:** $ To be agreed upon **Join our team!** gestionhumana2@carvel.com.co gestionhumana3@carvel.com.co Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
