You will serve as a key support in the comprehensive management of the point of sale, coordinating and overseeing operational and commercial processes—especially in the Store Administrator’s absence. You will play a strategic role in executing visual guidelines, product handling, inventory control, implementation of commercial strategies, customer service, and team mentoring—ensuring achievement of store objectives and budget targets. · What do we expect from you? Experience leading teams in retail or the fashion sector. Knowledge of operational processes: inventory, visual merchandising, and commercial management. Ability to coordinate, monitor, and ensure compliance with performance indicators. Strong customer- and results-orientation. Assertive communication, proactivity, and decision-making capability.
