This person will be responsible for managing personnel hiring, professional service provider hiring, affiliations, contract filing, onboarding, provision distribution, and other duties inherent to the area. We seek dynamic, proactive, and growth-oriented individuals—both personally and professionally. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: - Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable experience strictly in hiring activities. - Having personal transportation is desirable. - Verifiable knowledge of social security payroll processing. POSITION CONDITIONS: - Fixed-term renewable contract, with potential transition to indefinite term. - Salary starting from $1802.000 + transportation allowance according to profile. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; occasional Saturdays as required.
