Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Bakery Assistant to prepare, present, and promote bakery products at the point of sale, supporting commercial activities and ensuring portfolio rotation. Job Mission Execute bakery product preparation processes and support commercial activities, ensuring portfolio rotation. Required Profile Academic Qualification: Technician or technologist in baking, pastry-making, or related fields. Experience: One (1) year in product preparation, or two (2) years if no certified pastry-making training is held, but with commercial orientation. Knowledge: Product preparation, baking, presentation, and customer service. Requirement: Must own a motorcycle for transportation. Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, service orientation, and commercial skills. Job Functions Prepare bakery products. Perform product setup, preparation, and presentation. Support commercial promotion activities. Conduct customer visits. Record activities and meet assigned targets. Working Conditions Salary: $1.750.905. Transportation allowance: $249.095. Motorcycle allowance: $120.000. Meal allowance: $100.000. Communication allowance: $40.000. Variable pay: $250.000 (guaranteed for the first 2 months, thereafter based on performance). Statutory benefits. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, with scheduling.
