Your Mission: Ensure the availability and optimal performance of heavy machinery through precise diagnostics, specialized maintenance, and high-quality repairs—contributing to customer productivity and project success. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair failures in construction machinery and heavy equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems. Conduct root cause analysis and propose definitive solutions. Provide technical services both in the workshop and on-site. Prepare detailed technical reports of interventions performed. Properly manage tools, equipment, and spare parts. Comply with the organization’s quality, safety, and productivity standards. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience diagnosing and repairing yellow machinery, construction equipment, earthmoving equipment, or mining equipment. Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems. Experience interpreting technical manuals and analyzing failures. Availability to provide on-site technical services.
