Main Responsibilities Support in basic welding processes and part preparation. Handling of hand tools and area equipment. Assistance in assembly, fitting, and installation of components. Operational tasks assigned according to area needs (production, internal logistics, material handling, etc.). Requirements Basic welding knowledge (formal experience required). Proficiency in handling hand tools. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Residence in Yumbo, Cali, or Palmira. Metal-mechanical experience preferred (not mandatory).
