Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to review, analyze, and monitor advances, reconcile accounting accounts, and prepare reports, supporting the Finance Department. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and monitor the legalization of advances to suppliers, creditors, and employees, including the respective monthly report. Analyze account balances, reconcile transactions, and make corresponding adjustments. Update supplier and creditor master data in the accounting system, among others. Review and analyze monthly purchase orders in the financial accounting system that have not yet been verified for accounting purposes, and prepare and follow up on supplier/creditor aging reports each month. Support the preparation of DIAN and municipal external information. Prepare and analyze various accounting reports to meet requirements from the Finance Department, Internal Audit, Statutory Auditor, and other departments. Receive, track, and control the accounting registration of electronic invoices during the period corresponding to the invoice date; confirm receipt of invoices for goods and services; and track electronic invoices pending accounting entry.
