Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to manage and coordinate procurement processes, ensuring the timely availability of products and supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement processes and maintain communication with suppliers. 2. Supervise inventories and coordinate with logistics. 3. Ensure proper document management and tracking of procurement. We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to support efficient management and coordination of procurement processes, guaranteeing the timely availability of necessary products and supplies for operations. Main Responsibilities: • Manage and execute procurement processes according to company needs. • Maintain communication and follow-up with suppliers. • Supervise inventory levels and submit purchase requests in a timely manner. • Support control and tracking of purchase orders. • Coordinate with the logistics department for product receipt and distribution. • Ensure appropriate document management and tracking of procurement processes. Requirements: • Technical degree in Administrative Management, Industrial Production Management, Logistics Management, Business Management, Inventory Management, or related fields. • Proactivity and attention to detail. • Experience in food industry companies is preferred.
