We seek agile, dynamic, responsible, and proactive individuals with experience in mass-consumption kitchens and excellent willingness to work in teams. Main responsibilities include: • Assisting in food preparation and presentation. • Cleaning and organizing the work area. • Complying with food hygiene and handling standards. • Executing orders under the supervision of the head chef. Requirements • Minimum experience: 1 year in mass-consumption kitchens. • Education: High school diploma (technical training in gastronomy or culinary arts is preferred). Personal Competencies: • Ability to work under pressure. • Responsibility and attention to detail. • Assertive communication and collaborative attitude. • Respect for hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Working Conditions • Schedule: Rotating shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. • Workweek: 44 hours per week. • Salary: COP $1,750,905 monthly + all statutory benefits. • Contract: Fixed-term • Start Date: Immediate.
