Your Role We are looking for a Cold Cuts Packaging Operator who ensures an efficient, clean, and safe packaging process. Your work will be essential in maintaining the quality of our products and meeting production standards. Your main responsibilities will include: • Packaging meat products according to established procedures. • Operating packaging machinery and ensuring its proper functioning. • Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Collaborating as part of a team to achieve production goals. • Maintaining assertive communication with colleagues and supervisors. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in food or cold cuts packaging processes. • High school diploma. • Responsible, committed individual with attention to detail. • Knowledge of and ability to apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). • Assertive communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to operate packaging machinery. Working Conditions • Schedule: 44 hours per week (rotating shifts). • Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable law. • Salary: Current legal minimum wage + all statutory benefits. • Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. • Start Date: Immediate.
